Antioxidant-rich, no refined sugars, dense nutrients, and healthy hormone-balancing omega-3 fats. Yes, this is a dessert you and your kids can feel good about! This vegan and gluten-free treat takes a few minutes to make. Move over ice cream, this is something better to feed yourself and your family.

We make this in so many ways! Here are three of our favorite recipes. Get creative. We added chia, hemp, and ground flax for added nutrients. Beautiful edible organic roses make for a lovely presentation too. Enjoy!

“Natalie’s Mousse” (thanks for the inspiration @tulsiandbutterfly):

Melt the coconut oil + cacao in a pan until liquid. Pour all the remaining ingredients in blender/Vitamix and mix well. Pour all into a bowl or individual serving dishes and let set in fridge for a few hours. Top with berries + petals.
